What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical nano-SIM card. It's built into your device and can be programmed remotely.

Why should I use an eSIM?

eSIMs are incredibly convenient for travelers. You can buy and install data plans from anywhere in the world, avoid expensive roaming charges, and keep your home number active for calls and texts. It's faster, cheaper, and more secure than buying local physical SIMs.

How is this different from roaming?

Roaming is when your home carrier provides service in a foreign country, often at very high rates. With our eSIMs, you are purchasing a local or regional data plan directly, which is almost always significantly cheaper than roaming.

Is my device compatible?

Most modern smartphones from Apple (iPhone XS and later), Google (Pixel 3 and later), and Samsung (Galaxy S20 and later) support eSIM. We recommend checking your phone's specifications or contacting your manufacturer to be certain.

How do I activate my eSIM?

Activation is simple. After purchase, you'll receive a QR code. Just scan it with your phone's camera, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the eSIM profile. No physical installation needed!

Can I use my eSIM and my physical SIM at the same time?

Yes, most eSIM-compatible devices support Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS), which means you can use both your physical SIM and eSIM simultaneously. This is perfect for travelers who want to keep their home number active while using a local data plan abroad.

Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

Most of our eSIMs are data-only, which is perfect for using apps, maps, and browsing. They do not come with a phone number for traditional calls or SMS. We recommend using apps like WhatsApp or Telegram for communication.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Currently, our eSIMs are not top-up enabled. If you run out of data or your validity period expires, you can simply purchase a new eSIM from our website. It's quick and easy!

Troubleshooting

My eSIM is not working. What should I do?

First, please ensure you have installed the eSIM correctly and enabled it in your phone's settings. Also, make sure that Data Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM profile. If it's still not working, try restarting your device. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

I accidentally deleted my eSIM. Can I get it back?

Unfortunately, an eSIM profile can only be installed once. If you remove it from your device, you cannot reinstall it. You will need to purchase a new eSIM. Please be careful not to delete your eSIM profile until you are finished using it.
